Every Amere collection begins as a conversation & is fully customized for you. What follows is a starting point: a glimpse at how our suites, artwork, and finishing details typically come together, and what that investment tends to look like. Nothing here is fixed. Pieces can be added or removed, suites can be expanded or simplified, and every detail can be shaped around your celebration. Once we talk, we'll build a proposal that reflects exactly what you need — no more, no less.
SUITE SELECTION
NEST
Nest — $650.00 design fee
+ $10.00 per set, standard printed
A refined starting point for smaller celebrations and announcements.
Includes layout & typography, A7 envelope, envelope liner, announcement card, and 2 pieces of custom watercolor artwork. Ideal for save the dates, bridal showers, baby showers, engagement parties, bachelorette weekends, and birthdays.
ESTATE
Estate — $2,800.00 design fee
+ Printing is scoped individually based on your guest count, table count, and selected print finishes. Most couples spend between $2,000–$4,000 on printing for their full Estate collection.
A complete paper collection from first mailing through wedding-day details.
Builds on Nest & Garden with: Ceremony Programs, Bar menus, Table numbers, Menu Cards, escort cards, Place Cards, & welcome sign. 9 pieces of custom watercolor artwork. Announcements, formal invitations, and day-of stationery — fully yours to rearrange.
GARDEN
Garden — $1,470.00 design fee
+ $18.25 per set, standard printed
A cohesive paper story from save the date through formal invitation.
Builds on Nest with: gatefold invitation, 4 × 6 details card, 3 × 4 RSVP card, 5 pieces of custom watercolor artwork. Save the dates + formal invitation suite — and easily expanded for a bridal shower or bachelorette weekend alongside it.
BESPOKE
Bespoke — design fee starting at $4,000.00
+ Printing for Bespoke collections is quoted individually — every paper choice, print method, quantity, and finish is selected specifically for your vision.
For the couple who wants something entirely their own — no boundaries, no templates, no limits.Bespoke is a fully custom experience built around your vision from the ground up. Beyond an expanded stationery collection, Bespoke is the only tier that extends into custom textiles — think hand-illustrated table linens, napkins, and fabric pieces that carry your watercolor artwork beyond the page and into every corner of your celebration.Everything is possible. Nothing is off the table.

If you're planning to print and assemble your own suite, I'd love to provide the custom art for you! You get all the beauty of a fully custom design, without the print and assembly built in perfect if you already have a printer in mind, want to shop around for paper, or just love a good DIY project.
Every tier is available as a digital file: same custom artwork you'd get with a printed suite (just no print price included) delivered as a high resolution, print ready file so you (or your local print shop) can bring it to life exactly how you want.

Every collection follows the same thoughtful process from start to finish — how involved you want to be is entirely up to you.
Prefer a hands-on experience? We'll walk through each stage together via scheduled meetings — from your first mockup to your final printed proof, you'll have a dedicated touchpoint at every step.
Prefer to let us handle it? We offer a fully digital process for clients who'd rather move at their own pace. At each stage you'll receive a form or digital review link to share your feedback, approve designs, and confirm details — no meetings required.
Either way, the process, the care, and the final collection are exactly the same.
01 — Design Consultation(complimentary, before booking)
We sit down to discuss your vision, timeline, and the details that make your celebration uniquely yours.If you chose the digital process then an extensive form will be provided so we don’t miss a single detail of your vision!
02 — Mockup Review
Your first look at the collection taking shape — layouts, artwork, and overall direction presented for your feedback.
03 — Digital Template Review
A detailed review of all typography, wording, and final copy before anything goes to print.
04 — Printed Proof Review
Your final opportunity to approve everything in hand before your full order is produced and mailed.
From there, we handle printing, assembly, and delivery — so you don't have to lift a finger.
Booking Fee
A $100 booking fee is due following your design consultation to secure your wedding date and unlock your custom proposal. This fee is non-refundable but fully credited toward your final collection, securing your date never costs you extra.
Payment Schedule
Most collections follow this structure:
$100 booking fee — due following your design consultation, secures your date and initiates your custom pricing proposal
50% Design deposit — due at project kickoff, releases artwork and design work
25% Print Deposit— due before bulk printing begins
25% Mailing Deposit— due before product gets mailed off to you
Your full payment schedule will be outlined in your custom proposal.
A Note on Refunds
All deposits and payments made beyond the booking fee are non-refundable once the corresponding stage of work has begun. Because every Amere collection is built entirely from scratch around your vision, design time and artwork cannot be returned once created.
