Design Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for custom stationery design services provided by Amere by Alli Allen. By submitting payment for your stationery invoice, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services

Amere provides fully custom stationery design tailored to each client’s celebration. Services may include save the dates, invitation suites, day-of stationery and any custom work requested by the client.

Each stationery piece is treated as its own design project and may be invoiced separately as the wedding timeline progresses.

Design Timeline

Each custom stationery design takes approximately 10 weeks to complete. This timeline allows time for thoughtful design development, revisions, printing coordination, and careful assembly.

The 10-week design process applies individually to each stationery stage, including, but not limited to:

Save the Dates
Invitation Suites
Day-of Stationery

Projects begin once the corresponding invoice has been approved and payment has been received.

Payment

Design services are invoiced throughout the project timeline based on the phase of stationery being designed.

The first payment reserves your place in the design calendar and begins the design process. Remaining payments will be invoiced as each stage of the project progresses.

Final production and delivery will not begin until all outstanding balances have been paid.

Revisions

Each design includes two revision rounds to refine layout and wording. Additional revisions beyond this may incur additional design fees.

Printing & Production

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production begins. Once final approval has been given, Amere is not responsible for errors that were previously approved.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate wording, guest addressing details, and event information in a timely manner.

Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.

Custom Artwork

All artwork and designs created by Amere remain the intellectual property of the designer.

Clients are granted permission to use the final designs for personal wedding stationery only.

Designs may be included in the Amere portfolio, archive, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after design work has begun, payments already made are non-refundable.

Agreement

Payment of your stationery invoice confirms acceptance of the terms outlined above.
