Thoughtfully designed to become a lasting part of your story
The Experience
Each suite is designed to reflect the season, setting, and story of your celebration. Through hand-drawn illustration and refined typography, every detail is created with intention.
After the wedding, your suite is preserved within the Heirloom Archive, allowing the design to live on beyond the day.
Design Timeline
The custom stationery design process takes 10 weeks to ensure artwork, printing, and assembly are completed with care and precision.
This timeline allows space for thoughtful design, revisions, and production so each piece feels refined and intentional.
Beginning early allows the design process to unfold naturally and ensures your stationery arrives well in advance of your celebration.
Custom Art / Design Pricing
Design pricing reflects the level of custom artwork included within your suite. Each piece, whether an invitation, insert card, or envelope liner may be designed at the Essentials, Enhanced, or Elevated level.
If a design includes multiple custom illustrations, each illustration is priced individually.
Printing and assembly is quoted separately based on guest count, paper selection, print method (digital, letterpress, foil), and specialty finishes. A full printing estimate will be provided once quantities and specifications are finalized after the consultation meeting.

Digital printing
Crisp, refined printing ideal for illustrated designs and watercolor artwork. Often recommended for suites beginning around $1.00-$3.00 per piece.
Letterpress
Ink is pressed into soft cotton paper, creating a deep, tactile impression. A timeless printing method often chosen for suites beginning around $4.00- $8.00 per piece.
Foil stamping
Metallic foil is pressed into the paper to create a luminous finish in gold, silver, or other tones. Often incorporated into suites beginning around $4.00 - $9.00 per piece.
Embossing / Debossing
Designs are pressed into or raised from the paper without ink, creating elegant texture and depth. Commonly used as an accent within suites beginning around $5.00 - $10.00 per piece.
